"In whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness
of sins, according to the riches of His Grace." Ephesians
1:7
Celebrating
12 Years!
Patrick
Walton sang with Redemption for three years, from
2004 to 2007. An outstanding tenor, Patrick has been singing as a soloist
in church for many years. He sang for a group called Horizon for several
years; other members included Ron Bradley, Jerry Roark, and Ev Evans.
He plays a multitude of musical instruments; drums, bass, guitar, harmonica,
and several brass instruments.
Patrick lives in Rancho Cucamonga with his wife, of 25 years, Teri.
He has three grown children; Erin, Ryan and Shannon. A truck driver,
who collects Yosemite Sam's - yeah, that's right!, Patrick is genuinely
a nice guy with a BIG heart, and a comedic wit.
"For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness;
but unto us which are saved it is the power of God." ICorinthians 1:18
Larry
Nixon sang with Redemption for two years, from 2002
through 2004. Larry was raised on Southern Gospel Music. His Dad, Don
Nixon, was a very well loved Tenor singer on the West Coast. Following
in Dad's footsteps, Larry has sang baritone in several Southern Gospel
groups including The Martinez Family. Larry has a very easy going friendly
personality that everybody loves!
Linda Miller is one of the founding members of Redemption.
With the group from 1995 until 2001. She sang with The
Miller Family for many years, and with The Tradesmen Quartet
from 2005 until 2007. The
Miller Family shared the gospel in song in churches, prisons
and hospitals, at conventions, banquets, community events, picnics and
BBQs while "draggin' along a whole herd of children".
They performed with such artists as The Kingsmen, James Blackwood, The
Blackwood Brothers, The Crownsmen, The Regents, The Californians, Dean
and Mary Brown, and The Harrisons, just to name a few. Linda has seen
many of her own family members dedicate their lives to our Lord and
Savior; and countless others come to know Jesus Christ.
She has two lovely daughters; DaniJo and Jamie, and
two sweet, ugly, old dogs named Jackson and Shamus. Linda believes no
matter your circumstances - Praise His Name!
"Daughter, be of good comfort, thy faith hath made thee whole."
